This Loyalty Rewards policy is part of our Terms of Use Agreement, and any capitalized terms used but not defined in this document will have the same meaning as in our Terms of Use Agreement.

1. Program Overview

   Zrii Loyalty Rewards, every dollar you spend with Zrii could mean Rewards Dollars for you!

   It's easy, just make sure you are enrolled in Zrii's convenient monthly EZ Order (autoship) Program and Zrii will reward you monthly.

   Independent Executive or Preferred Customer
   10% of QV = Rewards Dollars
   Example: 120 QV Monthly EZ Order = 12 Rewards Dollars

2. Official Rules

   Zrii Loyalty Rewards Dollars expire after 12 months. Loyalty Reward Dollars are redeemed in addition to your Monthly EZ Order (65+ QV autoship) and cannot be used in place of a Monthly EZ Order. Loyalty Rewards Dollars may be redeemed after you have accumulated enough to purchase a product. Single (Zrii Amalaki Liquid Nutrition) product purchases will be made available only when being purchased with Loyalty Rewards Dollars. Product purchases only - peripheral items not included. Purchases made using Loyalty Reward Dollars are not eligible for commissionable volume. Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.

   New customers must complete 2nd month EZ Order to participate in Zrii Loyalty Rewards program.

   What products qualify me to start earning Loyalty Rewards Dollars?
   If you order any products with QV you will earn Loyalty Rewards Dollars.

   What products are available for purchase with Loyalty Rewards Dollars?
   Zrii Amalaki liquid nutritional, NutriiVeda Shakes (Chocolate and Vanilla), and NutriiVeda Accell.

   How are Loyalty Rewards Dollars calculated?
   Loyalty Rewards Dollars are based on product QV, using the product QV subtotal (may be less than retail order total) of each order at the loyalty reward dollar percentage (10%).

   How do I qualify to participate for Loyalty Rewards Dollars?
   You must have two months consecutive orders (active EZ order profile) that each total $65 (less, tax/shipping and handling).

   Do business packs accumulate Loyalty Rewards Dollars?
   Yes, but you must have completed a second monthly EZ order to be able to use your loyalty rewards dollars.

   What is qualifying volume?
   The total dollar amount spent on Zrii products.

   How do I know how many Loyalty Rewards Dollars I have?
   Contact Zrii Executive Support department at 866-349-9911.

   Do my Loyalty Rewards Dollars expire?
   Loyalty rewards dollars expire after 12 months. They are lost if an order (min $65) is not placed within two subsequent months.

   How do I redeem my Loyalty Rewards dollars?
   Please contact our Executive Support department at 866-349-9911 in order to redeem your Loyalty Rewards Dollars.

   Do I receive volume when I redeem my Loyalty Rewards Dollars?
   There is no volume associated with a Loyalty Rewards Dollars order.

   Do I have to pay tax and shipping for product that I purchase using my Loyalty Reward Dollars?
   Yes, shipping and taxes will be charged when redeeming your rewards dollars.

   When does the Loyalty Rewards Program start?
   Loyalty Rewards Dollars began accruing January 1, 2011 for existing EZ order customers. Loyalty Rewards Dollars can be redeemed after March 1, 2011.

   Do I have to be a Preferred Customer or Independent Executive to be eligible for Loyalty Rewards Dollars?
   Both Preferred Customers and Independent Executives are eligible for Loyalty Rewards Dollars.
