Great results so far. Both chocolate and vanilla are good, with or without fruit. Lost 8 lbs in 4 weeks which is a healthy avg of 2 lbs a week. No hunger for several hours and crazy cravings for junk food are gone. Adding exercise this week and energy levels are good.
